Identifying Attachment based wounds and healing relationship through safety, understanding, and deeper emotional experiencing. Building a secure attachment with your partner while learning to break out of patterns of conflict.

Sex Therapy

Through sex-positive therapy, a space of acceptance is created where you are allowed to explore what makes you feel good. Maybe you haven’t been given the opportunity to explore what makes you feel good, or you’re unsure about how to speak with your partner(s) about what you want. Through our work, we can explore how to advocate for yourself.
